Aims and Scope

Ale Journal of Sustainable Intelligent Organization (AJSIO) aims to advance scholarly understanding and practical application of intelligent organizational design and management in complex and dynamic environments. AJSIO is dedicated to promoting innovative perspectives that move beyond conventional recipes for success by emphasizing systemic, conceptual, and methodological approaches to organizational effectiveness. AJSIO focuses on equipping leaders, managers, specialists, and advanced students with the analytical frameworks necessary to understand and manage organizational complexity. It seeks to enhance the intelligence of existing organizations through improved structural design, strategic alignment, and adaptive processes, while also supporting the creation of new organizations that are inherently intelligent and resilient from inception. The journal emphasizes research grounded in systems thinking, organizational cybernetics, and system dynamics, offering insights into the fundamental and invariant properties of organizations. It encourages contributions that explore organizational intelligence, systemic management, distributed leadership, and complexity management.
